Business Development Manager

SocialFilo is hiring two Business Development Managers
Initial 3-month contract | Remote / Hybrid

We are looking for two commercially driven Business Development Managers who can help SocialFilo generate qualified leads, book exploratory meetings, manage pipeline activity, and support proposal follow-ups.

This is an initial 3-month contract role. The role is suited for someone who can work independently, manage daily and weekly commercial targets, and produce measurable business development output.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and qualify B2B prospects using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email, calls, and other prospecting tools

• Build targeted lead lists based on SocialFilo’s ideal client profile

• Conduct outbound outreach and structured follow-ups

• Book exploratory meetings with qualified prospects

• Maintain a live pipeline tracker with clear next steps and follow-up dates

• Support proposal development, proposal follow-ups, and opportunity progression

• Provide concise daily and weekly BD updates based on measurable outputs

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or account growth

• Working knowledge of Apollo.io

• Strong lead generation and outbound prospecting skills

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, calls, and other prospecting tools

• Able to work independently with measurable daily and weekly targets

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in digital marketing, CX, BPO, SaaS, agency, consulting, or managed services is preferred
