Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic agency. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive the growth and online presence of the agency and the brands it manages. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our digital marketing efforts and make a significant impact.


Responsibilities -


Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the Agency's or client’s objectives and target audience.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.


Channel Management and Optimization:

  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.


Content Creation and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging and compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.


Stay Updated and Reporting:

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends, and recommend their adoption as appropriate.

  • Track and report on digital marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.


Budget Management and Resource Allocation:

  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.


Qualifications -


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and budgets.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks is a plus.
